We met Nick and the team over a year ago when we started the process to sell our house in Santee CA. My wife and I live in Charlotte, so this was to be a long-distance process. We had 15 years of renters in our house and it was time to put it back on the market. Nick had been in communication with me for a number of years. He would check in on me consistently to see if I had any Real Estate needs he could assist me with.
