Whether a property is tenant occupied or vacant, the first step when it comes to our process of getting your property to market, is to schedule a walkthrough.
Step 2
Our walkthrough process generally takes anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hours to complete. Depending on the property size, # of units, or condition,we normally have 2-3 team members present to ensure a detailed and efficient walkthrough.
Step 3
Complete a full set of property photos to provide you a clear understanding and snapshot of your properties current condition and areas of note for repairs or deferred maintenance (our out of area clients don't feel obligated to come out if they do not want to). A full photo gallery link is provided upon completion to the client.
Step 4
In-person or virtual meeting with Nick to discuss your personalized sales strategy that fits your needs and goals. Nick will take time to address any questions or concerns, as well as assess what option is right for you from the below.

We will conduct our 52-point property checklist, generate a pre-list home inspection report (buyers required to read/sign prior to offer submission), and a comprehensive property marketing package that includes all information/reports/repairs all upfront. Our Team schedules the work with all contractors, maintains the agreed budget, follows suit in the timeline and sends you weekly updated progress pictures and reports, keeping you informed while you get to sit back and relax.
